Technologies exist to possibly downgrade hurricane and tornado strength, reducing the damages created by these natural events, benefiting everyone regardless of sex, national origin, religious beliefs, political affiliation, sexual preference or any other issue.

These technologies have been developed for different purposes, they are very powerful, yet, environmentally friendly. The Governors of the Gulf and MidWest states have been informed of these and...NONE CARE. It is not necessary to re-invent the wheel, just re-direct these and evaluate their results.
